We envision a team of workers discipling large numbers of foreign evangelical university students to effectively bring the Good News to Muslim students in North Africa.

Team Members In North Africa

About Abucha & Amara
Abucha, his wife, Amara, and their two young children are from Ethiopia. They feel called by God to equip, pastor, and mobilize college students to be evangelists and disciples. Before joining the team in North Africa, Abucha was a university instructor. His multi-cultural experience, along with his master’s degree in Christian-Muslim relations have uniquely prepared him to train and equip students to reach their Muslim classmates.

About Jamal & Sarah
Jamal is originally from Burundi and has been living in North Africa since 2018. He is convinced that God has called him to make disciples in this region, who will then go on and make disciples themselves. Along with his wife, Sarah, who is from Australia, Jamal uses his discipleship training to provide pastoral care and biblical training to college students in the region, as well as to local believers.

About Ahmed & Marie
Ahmed is originally from Gabon, and his wife Marie is from Ivory Coast. They, along with their two children, have been living in North Africa since 2009. As a young university student, Ahmed felt God call him to serve the people in this region. His training as a physiotherapist allows him to care for people’s physical needs while also meeting their spiritual needs through pastoral care, discipleship, and evangelism among international college students in the region.

About Joe & Latifa
Joe and Latifa are originally from Rwanda and came to North Africa in 2004 with a desire to see the name of Christ made known throughout the region. Joe’s degrees in theology and transformational leadership have prepared him to lead the Faithful Witness team in this region, as they prepare and equip sub-Saharan college students to share Christ with their classmates.
